JOB SUMMARY
The Biologist is responsible for interpreting technical customer requirements and providing technical support via the telephone.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience (Bachelors Degree Preferred)

* 2-Years Related Industry Experience (Fish Farm, Hatchery, Lakes, Wastewater, Aquarium)

* Intermediate Conflict Resolution Skills (Advanced Conflict Resolution Preferred)

* Excellent Command of English Language (Bi-Lingual a plus)

* Intermediate Internet, MS Word, MS Excel Skills (Advanced Preferred)

* Multi Task Orientation

* Team Player

* Mechanically Inclined

* Strong Customer Service Skills
