General Manager

Logistics firm needs General Manager - day shift, for full time opening at our dock facility. You'll be responsible for:

Directing and coordinating activities on pricing, sales of our logistic services, or distribution of goods coming through facility.

You'll manage the staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary connected with our corporate office.

You should have at least 2 years in management or retail management.
