Aquaculture Division - Technical Manager

Work with the sales team of the aquaculture division to achieve the sales targets set for the area and expand the customer base by playing a key role in marketing and sales management., new customer and project management; achieve the overall development of the market share of Neosparks products by providing high quality and continued service to all our customers and support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

1. Support to the sales team in each territory either large corporate farms, big farms or medium and small scale farmers of shrimp (black tiger shrimp and Vannamei) and fish farming, hatcheries (shrimp & fish) and feed mills (shrimp & fish) by advising proper management practices with Neosparks products.
2. Conducting and coordinating trials demonstrate the benefits of the products and solutions.
3. Coordinating trials with research institutes and colleges of the products and solutions.
4. Arranging customer meetings and seminars locally to educate customers on current management practices in aquaculture and the role of Neosparks products and solutions.
5. Report market activity, to the product manager and management.
6. Regular travel and outstation stay are mandatory in this job-work to meet the customers (aquaculture farmers, consultants, etc.)
7. Visit key customers once in 15 days.
8. To serve the customers through options for different farm management activities.
9. The lead responsibility of the technical manager is to generate and establish the need for Neosparks products and solutions.
10. Additional responsibility is to train the sales team technically and provide adequate knowledge of aquatic animal health management by using Neosparks products.
11. Publication or circulation of one technical article every 6 months.
